Restriction Codes

  1. No Restriction Used only with Consultative Notations; it indicates that all disposition applications must be referred for the holding agency's comments or special conditions.

  2. No Agricultural Sale Disposition This is used when lands aren't suitable for agriculture sale due to the stated purpose code. Lands are available for FDL without the option to purchase.

  3. No Agricultural Disposition No agricultural type of dispositions are permitted due to the stated purpose code.

  4. No Surface Disposition No surface dispositions of any kind are permitted due to the stated purpose code.

  5. No Surface Sale Disposition This is used when lands aren't suitable for any type of land sale due to the stated purpose code.
