Special Fish Harvest Licence for Walleye
A pilot program for a special licence is being offered this year as
one of a number of initiatives for improving Alberta's Fisheries. The "Special
Fish Harvest Licence" will allow anglers to harvest a walleye
from a few select lakes across Alberta, including Lake Newell and Pigeon
Lake. The licence will be available through a draw system similar to
the current hunting draws.
Application can be made between July 11 to 28.
